        For the clear gelatin: \nMix the water, sugar, and lemon juice until everything is dissolved. Slowly add the 28 gr of unflavored hydrated gelatin while stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the heart-shaped mold and add the 1 1\/2 Frissie berries mix. Refrigerate until set.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        For the next layer:\nBlend the condensed milk, table cream, and 1 cup of Frissie berries mix. With the blender running, add the dissolved strawberry gelatin and gradually incorporate the 14 grams of hydrated unflavored gelatin. Pour this layer over the set gelatin from the previous step.         To serve: \nUnmold the dessert. Decorate the center of the heart with the remaining Frissie berries mix.
