1 can Condensed milk (395 gr.)
1 can Table Cream (225 gr.)
14 gr. Unflavored gelatin dissolved in ½ cup water in a double boiler

1 cup Frozen Frissie berries mix
Preparation
For the clear gelatin:
Mix the water, sugar, and lemon juice until everything is dissolved. Slowly add the 28 gr of unflavored hydrated gelatin while stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the heart-shaped mold and add the 1 1/2 Frissie berries mix. Refrigerate until set.
For the next layer:
Blend the condensed milk, table cream, and 1 cup of Frissie berries mix. With the blender running, add the dissolved strawberry gelatin and gradually incorporate the 14 grams of hydrated unflavored gelatin. Pour this layer over the set gelatin from the previous step. Refrigerate until firm.
To serve:
Unmold the dessert. Decorate the center of the heart with the remaining Frissie berries mix. You may drizzle condensed milk on top (optional).
